Who is responsible
This website (andreaviscardi.com) is run by Andrea Viscardi, who is the data controller. For any question about this notice, or to exercise your rights, write to his management at reiston@iwaad.de.
What this site collects
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so opening a page does not send any request to a third party.
Like every website, the hosting provider's servers record standard technical logs when a page is requested (such as IP address, date and time, browser type and the page requested). These logs are used only to deliver the site and keep it secure, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and are kept for a limited time. The site is hosted by Lithium Hosting, LLC, based in the United States, so this processing may involve a transfer of personal data outside the European Union.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set any cookies of its own. It only stores your choice about the Spotify player in your browser's local storage, which is technically necessary to remember that choice. It is kept for six months, after which you are asked again.
The Spotify player
The section about the EP Ricordi can show an embedded Spotify player. The player is not loaded until you press "Accept" in the banner or "Turn on" under the tracklist. Once loaded, Spotify (open.spotify.com) may set cookies and process data, such as your IP address and listening activity, under Spotify's own privacy policy ↗. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the button below or "Cookies" in the footer. If you decline, the page shows a plain link to Spotify instead.
Links to other services
Links to Spotify, Linktree, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the newsletter (hosted by Kit) open those services in a new tab. Nothing is sent to them until you follow a link. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you do so on Kit's page and under Kit's privacy terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Articles 15–22) you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data concerning you, ask to restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to reiston@iwaad.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it ↗).
Changes to this notice
If the site changes in a way that affects your data, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
